    Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1-- Portable , collapsible protective wall baskets, galvaniqe welded mesh frame (2 Cells per set) of size1.22x0.61x0.75 (Length 4 feet, width 2 feet and height 2.5 feet) as per drawing attached. Mesh will be made of 4mm dia hot dip galvanized low carbon steel wire conforms to BS 1052. 145 GSM Alu-Zinc coated prime quality raw material confirming to BS/EN 10244-2, Wire tensile 540-770 N/mm. 100% defect free. Basket frame mesh size is 76.5mm x76.5mm. Mesh Tensile 70% of wire tensile. Mesh frame edge will be spiral hinged through 20mm dia spiral made of 4mm dia galvanized stretchable wire for joining to ensure easy folding and unfolding and 2 feet in length after folding. Tolerance of panel +1 mm in length, Elongation approc. 5% weight of basket not less than 12Kgs/Set. 8 Nos high tensile stiffener will be provided with each cage. The cage box will have inner lining of non woven geo textile khaki colour. The geo textile will be 3mm thick with 300 GSM in heavy duty non woven polypropylene. Make : Hesco/STARIA/A-1Fence
