| 10 | Supplying and laying plaster with (1:6) cement sand mortar in 15mm thickat and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level to faces of walls, pillars, columns, posts, lintel, sides, drains, jambs, column projections, narrow bands and widths etc including chipping and hacking of concrete surfaces, raking joints, scaffolding, cleaning and curing, all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer in charge, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete. |
| 11 | Providing & Painting with weather proof modified emulsion paint ACE (Asian make) to exterior & interior faces of new walls over a coat of primer as per specifications of the manufacturer with external grade putty. The rate shall include the cost of the priming coat and two coats of painting with necessary surface preparation including removing paint marks over windows, doors, flooring etc., The rate is including cost conveyance of all materials, scaffolding at all heights, labour charges and all operational, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by EIC. |
| 12 | Providing & Fixing of M.S Door (Double leaf) made up of 3mm sheet and frame made up of ISMC 75,ISA 50X50X6 angles & 3mm gusset plates at junction & corners. It also includes cost of one coat red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( at all heights & levels and as per instruction of engineer-in-charge) |
| 13 | Supply & fixing of M.S steel louvers made up of 14 gauge M.S Sheets of about 175 mm width bent to shape and fixed at about 100 mm C/C to M.S frame made up of ISMC 150 X 75 channel by welding including supplying, fabricating, fitting and fixing the steel frame and all fixtures like lugs, 12 mm dia bolts, nuts, washers, rawl plugs, coach screws etc., including supplying and applying complete painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with suitable pigment of colour and shade as approved by the Engineer over one coat of primer conforming to IS: 2074, all as per drawings, and cutting / drilling necessary holes in brick walls / concrete surfaces for fixing lugs / rawl plugs and grouting the same with (1:2) cement mortar, all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete. |
