    Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1 Construction Materials And Other Connected Stores For Crew Served Wpn Pds ( Rcc / Stone Masonary ) --(i) Firing Bay - 2850mm X 1050mm and semicircle platform 1200mm dia. (ii) Amn bay - 1050x600mm (iii) Room - 3000mm x 2400mm (iv) Entrance /Exit Passage- 975mm (clear width) (v) Clear ht of Passage - 1982mm (2057mm-75mm) (vi) OHP-600mm earth filling (b) Foundation (i) Excavation. Trenches exceeding 1.00m wide and upto 2.5M in depth for foundation bed. (ii) RCC Raft Foundation. 250mm thick RCC M20 (Volumetric mix) 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over 75mm thick PCC M-15 (Volumetric Mix) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. Reinforcement will be provided as per drawing attached. (For full demensions of the PD). (c) Wall. RCC M-20 (Volumetric mix) 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 450mm thick for firing bay walls & rest room front wall and 200mm thick for entrance /passage & room internal and side walls not comes in direct contact of firing. Reinforcement will be provided as per drawing attached. (d) RCC Roof. Main room 450 mm thick RCC M-20 (Volumetric mix) 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mix with water proofing compound @ 0.4% by weight of cement in roof slab. Reinforcement will be provided as per drawing attached. (e) Roof Treatment and Slope. RCC roof slab should be laid in slope 1:80 and top of roof slab should be applied with bitumen @ 1.2 Kg per sqm. 300 micron thick LDPE sheet shall be sticked/laid with bitumen coating by torch application. (f) Flooring. PCC M-15 (Volumetric Mix) 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick. Floor shall be finished even and smooth using extra cement on top of 250mm RCC Raft. 01 No LDPE pipe 50 mm dia should be provided in wall at floor level for draining out rain water
