1Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classicification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking, timbering & dewatering where ever required, stacking the useable & unusable material/soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returing the useable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration unmetalled surface to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.
2Providing , laying,jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing in trenches MSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2007, pipe steel grade-A(latest with upto date amendments)having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc.as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three of four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized(zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube during welding or otherwise shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrods shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rate also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & directin of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

22Booster water stage : -Providing and installation of suitable raw water submersible pumpset type KRT capable of handling 6000 PPM turbidity of KSB make conforming to latest BIS code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS 5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft . The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible sq cage motor shaft conf to BIS 9238-1979 with up to date amendments of 1450(N) RPM, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear,It should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts 3 Phase 50 C/S AC supply. The power of motor should be at least 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in complete operating range with mounting stand/ duck foot bend, steel guide wire with mounting hook, lowering chain and standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturers complete, suitable for fulfilling the following requirements:-

40Phase1st Stage-1st:- Providing horizontal spindle, horizontal radial split casing/end suction (back-pull out arrangment) single/double/multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pump in seris/parallel of recommended pumps such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Beacon/L&T/Kirloskar/Jyoti-all approved make as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date amendments, read with IS 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze impellers/priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 4508 FN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling and common MS/Cast steel base plateform ( base plate to be from the manufactturer of pumping unit only) to slip ring/screen protented drip proof induction motor.motors of standard make such as Kirloskar/BHEL/Compton/NGEF/GEC/Siemens/Jyoti/ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-) 10% volts, 50cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be designed +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps inthe operation rangeof (+) 10% and (-) 15% of duty point head.
