| 16 | Notes for item No 1 .01 to 1.10:-(i) All RCC works including piles shall be of M-40 design mix.(ii) Reinforcement steel shall be Corrosion resistantsteel (CRS) TMT bars of grade Fe-500D.(iii)All structural steel members should be E-250 1st quality.(iv)All Piles should be embedded in hard rock of minimum 1.50 mtrs.(v) The soil data for adjoing area is considered and included in this tender. The same is for guidance purpose only and the contractor shall also carry out the required soil investigation before finalising design of buildings and structures.(vi) The lay out of buildings is tentative and for guidance purpose only. The contractor may change the architectural plan suitably to accommodate all the requirements in consultation with DGNP(V) and users. Keeping the overall plinth area of the building is same.(vii) While quoting these rates, please refer clause no. 12A of schedule \"A\" notes of this tender document for variations in detailed BOQ\"s submitted by contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this ground. |
