Repair to impeller hub, Providing/fitting ofnewpump shaft by way ofturning& finishing to accurate size. P/F ofneck rings, 2Nos. gland bushes,check nuts, 2Nos. bearings 6210, 2Nos. sleeves. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and service of bearing housingsuitable gland packing, oil paper. Complete Fabrication of new gland plate set as per sample. along withalong with grease gun ,nuts bolts are required at site. Providing fitting of new coupling set of unit 3 by way of fabrication of new coupling pulley set as per sample and according to size of motor and shaft ,providing fitting of key ways,(both HC pump and motor side) and coupling both pump and motor and checking theiralignment .Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at site. |
| 3 | Repairs to rotor shaft of motor of unit 3, 30 hp byway of dismantling the motor ,providing and fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE)after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes, makingnew keyway ofcoupling, providing and fitting ofbearing end covers,sleeves. Complete greasing of the bearings. Complete job includes cost of material andlabour charges with hiring charges of tools and tackles.Repair/maintenance ofelectric systemsincluding repairs /new electrical wiring andallied works at LIS ismailpur by way of extraction / removing of old damaged point wiring along with burnt switch socket etc and providing of point wiring with 1 sq mm or equivalent copper cable for light / fan points / socket points approximately 8 nos. inside and outside pump room building in casing / caping or surface conduit. The job also includes providing and fitting of switch board, switches, sockets, holders, back sheets, LED bulbs and other fittings required for the purpose.,finding the fault and providing & fitting of 1.mm copperwire enclosed in a casing /PVC conduit, along with providing fitting of 5 no. bulb holder ,5 no.LED bulbs 5 no.s , switch boardand1 no. led flood light 50 watt along with support stand forsafety of workers andtaking the service connectionfrom near by poleby using service cable 1/1.5sq mmor equivalent size. Job includes fasting of cables by using wooden. Repairof 400 Amp main switch HRC type ,Job involves disconnecting of electric connections, extraction of damagedHRC fuses, bus bars, Repairs to handle mechanism Cleaning the whole enclosure by air blower. P/F ofHRC fuses-02 no. and replacement of internal wiring and damaged bus bars.Repairs to the remaining bus bars by scratching old insulation, repair to MSangle frame by way of welding . The job involves fixing of main switch on the angle frame by drilling holes on MS frame &p/f new fasteners/ required nuts and bolts. Giving all the incoming and outgoing electrical connection by P/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes and insulation complete at LIS Ismailpur. The job includes general cleaning of the pump room, along with topping up of 60 litretoil in250KVA transformer Complete job includes cost of material, fitment charges at site. |

The job also includestransportation andfitting offabricated flanged pipes to existing suction pipe and foot valve by way of providing of new rubber gaskets nuts and bolts. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, head load, hire charges of welding set, transportation and other incidentals. The Job also includes repairs to foot valve 12” dia of unit 4 by way of extraction/cleaningof foot valves by means ofcutting oldof nuts, boltsby using gas. cleaning of foot valve internal parts to remove slit and rust . Dismantlingthe foot valves and taking the foot valves to w/shop for providing and fitting of new machined flapper pins, leather washers,fabrication of new flapper plates and new set of nuts and bolts and proving of new strainer apprx. 24 inch dia . Re-assembling of entire foot valve and shifting it to site by using mechanical transport ., Checking operation without load and installation at site using manual labour and crane .
