| 2 | Assembling/installation/handling job in major shutdown/ break-down mechanical maintenance works:- Handling of counter-weights; mounting of idlers and idler frames; laying/ placing/ positioning of new steel cord/ Nylon-Nylon belt; re-installation/ re-erection, setting of new/ repaired assembly/ sub-assembly, pulleys, rolling elements, drive units, conveyor take-up units etc. and other allied works at various locations of TRS Area of New CHP. |
| 3 | Scope of Contractor:-1). The work will be taken up as and when required basis on a very short notice as per availability and shutdown of circuits. 2). All tools, tackles and safety standards to engaged personnel will be provided by the Contractor. 3). Atleast 02 nos. welding machine and accessories must be provided by the Contractor. 4). For installation of drive units/ other sub-assemblies desired preparation should be done. 5). Work should be carried out as per existing design. 6). The repairing /maintenance work carried out on site will be as per instruction of Engineer I/c. Scope of SECL:-1). The welding electrode, Industrial Gas, other consumables will be provided by the Department. 2). Iron steel, crane, truck will be provided by the Department. Note: The contract may be foreclosed at any point of time during the contract period as per requirement of the work. |
