Detailed Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 250 KLD WasteWater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Sheesh Mahal Park At Shalimar Bagh on suitable, sustainable andproven technology based on Constructed Wetland/Bio/Phytoremediation Process to meet the designparameters as prescribed by Hon\"ble NGT and with provision of diffusors and blowers for furtherpolishing for best use after treatment for horticulture use including civil, electrical, mechanical,instrumentation, piping, development works, including required pump sets of suitable capacity alongwith its E&M accessories with lighting arrangements at suitable places including detailed design &construction of channel sufficient size /raw sewage intake, laying of pipeline & pumps (2W+1S),ifrequired, to carry effluent to proposed WWTP plant location & pipeline to carry discharge from theplant to RCC treated water tank of same capacity of proposed WWTP including pumps (1W+1S) ofappropriate capacity, making connection to the existing irrigation network of the park. All worksfrom the primary stage to final treatment stage are to be included in this item. The item also includesproviding and sprinkling Bio-Culture of approved make during commissioning phase ofacclimatization of plant as per requirement/ any other consumables required for treatment for thefirst year from commissioning of plant (Defect Liability Period). Power and water required forconstruction purpose shall be arranged by the agency. The WWTP shall also be operated andmaintained for a period of one year (free of cost) during guarantee period/ defects liability period(DLP) after successful testing and commissioning. All manpower, complete watch & ward of plant,consumables and chemicals required for operation, routine, preventive & breakdown maintenanceand testing for outlet parameters shall also be provided by the agency from NABL/accredited Lab.

PART B : Comprehensive Maintenance of 250 KLD Waste Water Treatment Plant for 10 Years.2.1 COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE of 250 KLD Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)installed as per Part-A of the Schedule of Quantities and all other allied works/structures etc. createdunder the contract for a period of 108 months after expiry of guarantee period of 12 months oncommissioning of WWTP including all cost of labour, bio-culture, consumables, chemicals, testing ofoutlet parameters etc. as required during O&M: plant to be run 24/7. Adequateoperators/manpower to be provided for proper plant operation. Treated water quality target shouldbe monitored by random sampling every 3 months or lesser frequency as required. The scope ofitem includes comprehenslve maintenance the plant (i/c tértiary treatment) including all sparessupply and consumables, complete watch & ward of plant. Electricity supply for the plant will beprovided by DDA . The ten years O&M including DLP shall be considered after the date ofcommissioning of the plant and date of submission of satisfactory report of the treated water by theagency shall be considered as date of commissioning. No payment shall be made for first year O&Mafter satisfactory commissioning of plant. The contractor shall submit Bank Guarantee at the end ofdefects liability period (DLP) of one year for an amount equivalent to yearly O&M amount beforerelease of 1st RA Bill for O&M.
