Supply of Simplex Automatic Weighing and Bagging Machine (Three load cell based) along with complete mechanical attachment without controller and main control panelMaterial to be handled : Sugar Crystal, Accuracy + 10 GMS., Capacity of bags to be filled : 25 kg to 100 kg., No. of bags to be filled per hour : 500-600 of 50 kg. capacity OR 300-350 of 100 kg. capacity, Bag material : PP bag and Jute bag, Type of bag : open mouthMechanical attachments must be accompanied with:1 All 03 load cell along with mounting accessories and load cell junction box and digital card to connect 3 load cells.2 Pnemuatic air cylinders with mounting bolts, nuts etc. (Coarse, Fine, Superfine, Bag dump, Bag Clamp).3 5/2 way solenoid valves mounted on solenoid gang along with mounting frame and junction box.4 Sack grip and Neck grip belts5 Proximity switches and Limit switches.All parts in direct contact with sugar crystal must be made of SS-304 and other parts of MS construction.The machine must be painted with synthetic enamel paint.
