Rehabilitation Of Electromechanical Equipments Along With Other Allied Works At Tube Well Sector 5 Trikuta Nagar Under 2215 Non Plan.- Repairs to 100 KVA manual voltage stabilizer installed at tube well Sector-5 Trikuta Nagar along with other allied works by way of disconnecting of all LT side electrical connections, removal of damaged voltage stabilizer from its installed position and reconnecting all electrical connections again for making pumping machinery operational. Shifting/carriage/dragging of damaged voltage stabilizer from pump room to road side at safer place and loading of same into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for necessary repairs by making use of crane, manual labour and other tools and tackles. The job includes dismantling of 100 KVA voltage stabilizer, extraction of coils from the oil tank. Job includes rewinding of one no damaged coil with good quality material, properly varnishing and drying of the same. Reconditioning of other two no coils with proper cleaning drying, proper insulation and varnishing. Replacement of damaged relays, internal wiring complete with new relays and internal wiring as per sample. Providing and fitting of other allied components including new MCCB 160 A - 01 no. Making of all internal connections, assembling of voltage stabilizer after cleaning the oil tank so as to remove any moisture. Dry testing of the assembled voltage stabilizer. Job includes providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 220 litre. Making and checking of all connection. Assembling of voltage stabilizer and then loading of same into the vehicle, unloading at site of work and shifting/carriage of the same to pump room and positioning it at its installed position by making use of crane, manual labour, tools and tackles etc. Job includes cutting of damaged cable ends and providing and fitting of new thimbles of proper rating to input and output cable ends with proper insulation and making of all electrical connection, tightening of loose connection if any and testing of voltage stabilizer along with allied equipments on full load. Job includes cost of material, charges for crane, manual labour, loading, unloading, carriage, shifting, handling and fitting charges, including charges of tools and tackles including any other miscellaneous job or item required during execution of job. Complete job. 2 Repairs to 100 KVA electric transformer of tube well sector-5 Trikuta Nagar by way of dismantling of electric transformer and extraction of damaged transformer coils from oil tank and replacement of LV HV coils of 01 no leg complete by way of rewinding of complete leg with high quality material, properly varnishing and drying of coil. Job also includes draining of transformer oil from oil tank into barrels and cleaning of oil tank and drying the same for removal of any water droplets or moisture present in the oil tank and assembling of transformer by way of providing and fitting of new oil tank seal, new nut-bolts etc. Job includes filtering of the old transformer oil and providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 60 litre after giving proper heat treatment for removal of any moisture present in the transformer oil. Assembling and charging of electric transformer and testing on no load. Job includes cost of material, charges for manual labour, loading, unloading, carriage, shifting, handling and fitting charges, charges of tools and tackles including any miscellaneous item/parts used during execution of job. Complete job. 3 Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtrx 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts. Making connections of submersible cable with panel and then testing on full load
