(i) High resolution HLA typing using Next Generation Sequencing platform HiSeqX (4 colour dye chemistry) (ii) Including HLA-A*, B*, C*, DRB1*, DQB1* and DPB1* loci(iii) Isolation of genomic DNA from peripheral blood samples (iv) NGS with 2x150 bp reads(v) 100X avg. sequencing depth(vi) Complete bioinformatics data analysis necessary for publication (vii) Data analysis help till publication and hands-on training to research fellow(viii) No extra cost should be charged from the PI for re-run the HLA typing if generated data doesn’t match the desired quality(ix) The complete scope of work should be done by the vendor within India(x) The vendor should provide a facility certificate to testify the possession of an in-house Illumina Hiseq X explicitly in the name of the Company (it should not be in lease agreement or tie up/collaborative mode)(xi) The vendor should have demonstrated scientific capability for the successful completion of undertaken genomics projects, as documented by the vendor having research publications in peer reviewed journals for at least 5 genomics study projects. Appropriate web link to support this claim should accompany the proposal.(xii) The vendor should specify the government tax in the financial bid.(xiii) The vendor should have CAP Accredited laboratory in India.(xiv) Bidder must have least 05 years’ experience in high resolution HLA typing using Next Generation Sequencing platforms and must submit documentary proof for the same.(xv) Bidder must be providing regular HLA typing service for human disease diagnosis and must submit documentary proof for the same.
