Preparing structural steel surface of 2111.00 Square meter painting by sand blasting to expose uniform bright base metal and applying a coat of rust inhibitive compound followed by sand blasting including cost of all materials, machinery, labor etc., complete with all leads and lifts. b)Providing primer painting to structural steel surface of 2111.00 Square meters with zinc rich epoxy primer of approved quality (with zinc content not less than 85% purity of Zinc not less than 95% ) including cleaning the surface, cost of all materials labor, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and lifts. c)Providing painting to structural steel surface of 2111.00 Square meter with cold applied Epoxy coal tar paint (BASE COAT) of approved quality (Thickness of the each coat not less than 150 micron) including cleaning repairing shop coat of primer, cost of all materials, labor, scaffolding etc, complete with all leads and lifts. d)Providing painting to structural steel surface of 2111.00 Square meter with cold applied Epoxy coal tar paint (ONE ADDITIONAL COAT) of approved quality (Thickness of the each coat not less than 150 micron) including cleaning repairing shop coat of primer, cost of all materials, labor, scaffolding etc, complete with all leads and lifts. e)Operation of crest gantry crane and Penstock gantry crane for lifting, lowering & stacking of crest stoplog and penstock stoplog elements while painting and sand blasting. f)Cleaning of sand from entire dam area and removal beehives. g)The painting work has to be attended one at a time and work will switch over to other after completion of previous stoplog
