| 62 | Note :-(i) The entire work will run for 11 months as indicated in the tender documents. Completion before time shall not be entertained by the accepting officer. Site for the entire work shall be given to the Contractor in piecemeal manner and as per user requirement. The Contractor or his rep will report to the Engineer-in –Charge/JE Concerned on day to day basis to received the urgent nature of works and execute the same day to day basis. Non attending/reporting/execution of such nature of works in piecemeal manner a penalty of Rs. 100 per day shall be levied to the contractor. The rates quoted by the Contractor shall be included in the respective item of BOQ. No extra payment shall be admissible to the contractor on this account. (ii)Tenderers maybe noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract”. |
