| 1 | Material and labour for cleaningand clearing blockage of sewage lines, manhole by rodding and well flushing the sewage lines after removing of sludge including removing the manhole cover and refixing after cleaning of manhole of any size and depth. The manhole lines to be cleaned manually/mechanical sludge trailor and all sludge to be removedto a distance of 3km outside of the cantt area. (Note : (a) The contractor shall provide sufficient labours everyday to clear for all types of sewage line blockage complaints. (b) The period of completion for each complaints shall be 24 hours. (c) It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to get the complaints completed with in stipulated period the labour shall be made available during the office hours for any complaints. (d) The payment shall be made to the contractor on the basis of job done on compliants slipsfor each complaints. No payment shall be made for any incomplete work.The rates quoted by the contractors shall deemed to be included the above aspects & nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. |
