| 1 | Attending steam leak by disconnecting the oil pipe lines from the servomotor, decoupling of valve stem from the servomotor, loosening and removal of cap nut by flame heating and lifting of HPCV-II servomotor to TG floor, disassembling of valve gland bush, valve stem from the valve cover, inspection of bushes & assembling the new bushes to the required dimension inside the valve casing with sealing ring, positioning of valve assembly (Horizontal position) in the housing and tightening of cap nuts. Assembling the servomotor back in the reverse order, including consumables and T&P"s charges. |
| 2 | Charges for cutting the damaged/sheared stud from valve body by gas cutting and couch the sheared studs inside the valve body with-out damaging the threaded portion after couching the body holes, cleaning the couched holes in HPCV-II body by chipping/remove the gas cutting slags and dirts and tapping the couched holes by using new tap sets. Charges including cost of consumable and hire charges for T&P"s. |
