| 13 | Notes for Srl No. 2 to 4:-The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following :- (i)Disinfection/treatment of water by using chemicals as issued by department under Sch \"B\" ,free for use, including operation and maintenance /repair/cleaning of Chlorine dozing pump and bleaching dozer including minor spares iebleaching dozer, rubber bladder, PVC pipe heavy duty, nuts, bolts and washers etc all as directed.(ii) Operating connected accessories such as all type ofsluice valve & connecting accessories.(iii) If any loss or damage takes place to the equipment, machinery, tools, stores, fittingand fixtures etc or any other equipmentinstalled in the pump house premises during the contract period,the same shall be made good/borneby the contractor. |
| 14 | (iv) Mixing of Bleaching powder/Calcium based solid granular chemicals/ disinfectant Granules sodium dichloro Iso-Cyanurate chemicals/sodium Hypochloride including transportation of the same from MES store yard to installation is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of the items.(v)Bleaching powder/Calcium based solid granular chemicals/ disinfectant Granules sodium dichloro Iso-Cyanurate chemicals/ sodium Hypochloride andDieselshall be issued under sch \"B\" free for mixing/pouringonly and transportation of the same from MES store to installations shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of the items. |
| 15 | (vi) The contractor will submit the complete details of the tradesmen along with their qualification certificate before commencement of work.(vii) The contractor shall be responsible for watch and guard of installations round the clock 24 hours.Any loss or damage to the plant, equipment installed and Govt. property in the Pump house premises shall be made good/borne by the contractor.(viii)General cleanliness and upkeeping the existing pump houseincluding vegetation within the primises of pump houses/sumps area upto 5 Mtrs allround ,within the boundary walls by deploying manpower with T&P if required , at any time all as directed.(ix) If any newequipment/machinary installed during currency of the contract , the contractor shall run/operate thenewly installed equipment without any extra cost.(x)Testing of earthing of machinary/equipment shall be carried out as directed. |
