| 105 | Complete overhalling & servicing the package type AC plant of capacity 8.5 TR x 2 Air cooled type for 180 MH and 15 Mob complete including cleaning of prefilters, condensor cleaning with coil cleaner, cleaning of all dampers for optimum cooling in every room, duct inspection and cleaning from inside , checking and rectification of control wiring ( cost of control wiring included), greasing of blower motor are included in quote rate, checking of all safety measure, topping of gas and compressor oil it retained, balancing of blower etc by trained and qualified Mechanics of (OEM) including replacement of unserviceable spare parts,. leak test by nitrogen gas and charging the refrigerant as required at site and test run for 24 hrs to achieve satisfactory service and designed condition in presence of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed ( Make of Ac plant - BLUE STAR ) NOTE-(i) Nitrogen gas required for the job is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate(ii) spare parts required for the job shall be measured and paid seperatly under items as supply only andlabour charges for fixing the items deemed to be included with unit rate quoted by the contractor. |
