17M & L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling to camber by using earth compactor of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil test agency to under OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code of existing soil complete all as specified and directed.
18M & L for 250 mm granulated subbase of grading II as per MORTH specification,surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 tonne to 15 tonneor compaction methodology recommended by soil test agency to under OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code of existing soil complete all as specified and directed.
19M & L for wet mix Macadam 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 100 mm each with coarse aggregate of specified grade as per MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camberand not exceeding 15 tonne at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code of existing soil complete all as specified and directed.
20M & L for dry lean cement concrete (DLC) of average thickness 150 mm thick 7 days compressive strength of 10N/mm2 with min cement content of 180 Kg/cum using grading as per MORTH specification and as per design mix, spread, rolled and consolidate to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
21M & L for applying evenly using pressure sprayer a tack coat of VG 10 with 2.5 Kg/X sqm over DLC/DAC.
22M & L for HDPE Sheet (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness using 100% virgin raw material quality as per ASTM D 2103/IS-2508 laid with side and end overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Net measurement shall be measured and paid without any allowance for overlap.
23M & L for pavement quality concrete work in 400 mm thick pavement of flexural strength 45 Kg/cm2 (Lower control limit) in field using min 400Kg of cement per CUM as per design mix, mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement spread and compacted by using slip form paver and all as specified and including necessary form work, bull nosing, rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical broomingg/belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-triangular/ non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement shall be measured and paid in respective item of this BOQ.
24Supply only polyester triangular/non circular fibres (recron triangular fibre type CT 2012 (12mm) having tensile strength4000-6000 Kg/Sqcm and melting point > 250 0C) @ 0.25% by weight of cement in controlled cement concrete.
25Supply only Air Entraining agent confirming to IS 9103 : 1999 and ASTM C260.
26Supply only curing compound confirming to ASTM C 309 type II, class A.
27Supply only approved adhesive @ 0.5 % by weight of cement mixed up PQC all as specified and as per manufacturersinstruction.
28M & L for forming 25mm wide 400 mm deep expansion joint filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint, ie. the thickness of slab, provision of closed cell backup rod 30 mmdia, filled with polyurethanesealant (minimum depth of sealant above back up rod shall be of 15mm), complying withBS5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF + 30 % with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed. Note:- contractor shall provide 10 year performance guarantee certificate from manufacturer for sealant used in above item.

Note:- contractor shall provide 10 year performance guarantee certificate from manufacturer for sealant used in above item.
31M & L for forming Construction joint 25 mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) provide polythene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Min depth of sealant 12mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF + 30 % with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing for 400mm slab thickness and all as specified and as directed. 32M & L Providing, laying and spreading soil 300 mm below sub grade level in two equal layers, pulverising, adding the 5% quantity of cement to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC andto achieve min density 98% of MDD and CBR value 12% ormodulus of subgrade reaction (K) 6kg/cm2/cm at subgrade level complete all as specified and directed.
33M & L for 100 mm granulated subbase of grading II as per MORTH specification,surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 tonne to 15 tonneor compaction methodology recommended by soil test agency to under OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code of existing soil complete all as specified and directed.
34M & L for wet mix Macadam 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 75 mm each with coarse aggregate of specified grade as per MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camberand not exceeding 15 tonne at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code on prepared PCC 1:2:4 subgrade complete all as specified and directed.
35M & L for pavement quality concrete work in 150 mm thick pavement of flexural strength 40 Kg/cm2 (Lower control limit) in field using min 400Kg of cement per CUM as per design mix, mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement spread and compacted by using slip form paver and all as specified and including necessary form work, bull nosing, rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical brooming/belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-triangular/ non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement shall be measured and paid in respective item of this BOQ.
36Preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aqua based paint (painting lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc.) complete all as specified and directed.
37Earth work excavation over areas exceeding 1.50mtr and not exceeding 3.0mtr in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
38Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
39Preparation of WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with brooms or by mechanical means and applying evenly a priming coat with emulsion @ 3 Kg/10 sqm on WMM surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
40M & L for applying evenly using pressure sprayer a tack coat of VG 10 with 7Kg/Xsqm over WMM Surface complete all as specified and directed.
41M & L for applying evenly using pressure sprayer a tack coat of VG 10 with 5Kg/Xsqm over each DBM Layer complete all as specified and directed.
42M & L for Premix DBM 75mm thick each layer (consolidated thickness) (total thickness 225mm thick) with grading 2 of IRC with min Marshal Stability 900kg laid in 3 layers using min 4.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen of grade VG 20 using hot mix plant spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne capacity complete all as specified and all as directed.
43M & L for Premix DAC 50mm thick (consolidated thickness) with grading II of IRC with min Marshal Stability of 1400kg laid in 3 layers using PMB 70 (Elastomeric Thermoplastic) min 6.0 % binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne capacity complete all as specified and all as directed. Cement as filler at a min 2% by weight of total mix.Note- 1. Three layers of 50 mm thick DAC to be laid . Each layer will be measured and paid separately.
44M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregatere as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
45M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in filling for hume pipes, copings,bed plates, hold fast blocks and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
46S&F reinforced concrete pipes class NP3 laid & jointed complete with collars of 900mm dia pipe (internal dia) complete all as specified and directed.
47Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in block masonry with solid block exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork for side toe./wing wall of hume pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.
48S&F rigid PVC DTGM boards of 12mm th and area each not exc 2.20 sqmall as per ICON requirement including fixing in concrete foundation, excavation earth work etc complete all as specified and directed.
49S&F glow sign boards of acrylic sheets fitted in the frames of rectangular in shape (area each not exc 2.20 sqm and 6mm th) with retro reflective tape of various colours as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
50M & L for filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil for both shoulders of PTT and existing runway including rolling with power rollar 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Earth obtained from excavation under item No 2.03 shall be used for filling to shoulders of PTT as well as existing Runway under this item) complete all as specified and directed.
51Add cement @ 2% by wt of soil for stabilisation of shoulders to bring to the required CBR value and to prepare shoulders as per specification.
52Sch "A" Part-IV ( Construction of Bituminous road).
53Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 21 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
54Removing excavated material exceeding 250 mtr and not exceeding 500 mtrs and deposited where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of hard soil all as specified and directed.
55M&L soling (or subbase) 150 mm (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone interstices filled , surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.
56M & L 150mm thick in two layers of each 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM coarse aggregate of grading as specified and spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using lime stone sand stone thick etc with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.
57M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Premixed hot mix dense graded-II BM base coarse using 4.00% binder content (VG-20) graded paving bitumen) by weight of total mix incl rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.
58Preparation of wet mix macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
59M & L for laying 40mm thick (compacted thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.
60M&L for factory made pressed precast kerb stone of size 300x300x100 mm complete all as specified and directed.
61Sch "A" Part-V (Fencing).
62Excavation in post hole and getting out in hard/dense soiletc complete all as specified and directed.
63PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 40 mm graded aggregate cement concrete in foundation work complete all as specified and directed.
64M&L for clean sawn second class softwood in scantlings timberfixed in wooden post complete all as specified and directed.
65M&L for 9mm thick plywood, 5 Nos of ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame/post complete all as specified and directed.
66M&L for preparation of newly untreated surfaces of wooden post and plywood with 02 coat of synthetic enamel paint of any colour over 01 coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.
67Sch "A" Part-VI (External electrification).
68Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, Screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 sqmm.
69Supply and fix cable for 11KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm.
