Provision for dismantling of ruined, damaged, cracked conc. apron work in floor base laid in lime mortar. Including stacking useful brick ballast for reuse in conc. work which may be about 50% and stacking of refused with in 60 mt. for further disposal of the same out of municipal area by mechanical transport. Including all the labour and T. & P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for laying ofLime conc. with mortar of ratio 1:1:1:4lime, surkhi, c. sand, and brick ballast 25 mm nominal gauge 1st class with mixing ofdry gum, Gur/sheera, dry bail giri etc. Including all the supply of material labour and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for machine cut flag stone flooring onapron with 50 mm thick fine chisel sand stone as per matching with original color and texture with mortar of ratio 1:1:1(1 Lime: 1Surkhi: 1 Coarse Sand) with mixing of gur/sheera, dry gum, dry bailgiri over 30 mm bed of nominal thickness and pointing of joints including all the supply of material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Provision for removal/disposal of rubbish/mulba, heap, soil etc. From monument to outside of municipal limit by mechanical transport tractor trolley including excavation loading and unloading etc. and also including all the labor and T&P . Required proper complition of work at the site.
