13Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 40 mm dia M.S. pipe (\"B\" class) as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing suitably two rows of 100mm wide PVC Tape preferabley of red colour. The M.S. pipe shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as and when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading the hole shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis)

After shifting/ removal of barricading holes shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis)
15Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Employer\"s Representative which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Employer\"s Representative. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Employer\"s Representative.(Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

121Providing House Service Connection(Single Service connection) from Ductile Iron distribution main to property limit, including supply & fixing of brass ferrule confirming to IS: 2692, clamp saddle of non corrosive Engineering Plastic(Polyethylene) body moulded with Stainless Steel threaded metal insert for tapping outlet.The stirrup metal plate shall be duly embedded in the plastic body, except at the place of nut-bolt lugs.Threading size & dimensions shall confirm to IS :554. The design of the saddle body should be such that, the service connection outlet metal insert shall project out towards pipe side & alignwith hole drilled on the pipe to ensure positive locking against rocking or creeping on the pipe, as might be caused by vibration, pressure or excessive external loading. Saddle seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved). It shall be of type pressure activated hydro-mechanical design.

733Providing House Service Connection(Single Service connection) from Ductile Iron distribution main to property limit, including supply & fixing of brass ferrule confirming to IS: 2692, clamp saddle of non corrosive Engineering Plastic(Polyethylene) body moulded with Stainless Steel threaded metal insert for tapping outlet.The stirrup metal plate shall be duly embedded in the plastic body, except at the place of nut-bolt lugs.Threading size & dimensions shall confirm to IS :554. The design of the saddle body should be such that, the service connection outlet metal insert shall project out towards pipe side & alignwith hole drilled on the pipe to ensure positive locking against rocking or creeping on the pipe, as might be caused by vibration, pressure or excessive external loading. Saddle seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved). It shall be of type pressure activated hydro-mechanical design.

832Providing House Service Connection(Single Service connection) from Ductile Iron distribution main to property limit, including supply & fixing of brass ferrule confirming to IS: 2692, clamp saddle of non corrosive Engineering Plastic(Polyethylene) body moulded with Stainless Steel threaded metal insert for tapping outlet.The stirrup metal plate shall be duly embedded in the plastic body, except at the place of nut-bolt lugs.Threading size & dimensions shall confirm to IS :554. The design of the saddle body should be such that, the service connection outlet metal insert shall project out towards pipe side & alignwith hole drilled on the pipe to ensure positive locking against rocking or creeping on the pipe, as might be caused by vibration, pressure or excessive external loading. Saddle seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved). It shall be of type pressure activated hydro-mechanical design.
833It shall be contoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal, which increases with increase in the line pressure.Gasket shall be gridded mat, with tapered ends, with the outlet section having ring contacting the saddle body multiple rings contacting the pipe, preferably with a stainless steel reinforcing ring insert moulded to prevent expansion under pressure. Stainless Steel Type 304, NC rolled threaded, Tightening torque for1/2\"(M12) nut bolt: 14g.m and for 5/8\"(M16) nut bolt:21-23kg.m. All Pipes & fittings shall be PN 16 rating including transportion, loading & unloading at site, all labours, tools, eqipments etc. including cutting of roaf road surface, earthwork, refilling, and restoration of cut raod surface with 100 mm thick PCC M15(1:2:4) complete work including connecting new house service pipeline to existing/new leagl house connection after commissioning the distribution pipeline as per the drawing & as directed by Employers Representative.
