The Cleat Should Be Of 300Mm Length And Should Of 2620 Kgf Capacity. The Cleats To Be Supplied With Suitable Back Plate And Ss 316 Fasteners.     1Supply of SS 316 Bollard of 90 mm dia. The bollard should be mirror finished. The breaking load of the bollard should be min 20 KN. The bollards to be supplied with suitable back plate and SS 316 fasteners. Safe working load should be 2620 Kgf or 27 KN as per detail mentioned in TA No.15/GES/IA/12PB/Bollard dated 11.07.2021.
    2Supply of SS 316 Cleats. The cleat should be of 300mm length and should of 2620 Kgf capacity. The cleats to be supplied with suitable back plate and SS 316 fasteners. as per detail mentioned in TA No.15/GES/IA/12PB/Bollard dated 11.07.2021.
    3Supply of SS 316 Swivel Jaw to Jaw. The swivel should be suitable to fit chain of 6-8 mm dia as per detail mentioned in TA No.15/GES/IA/12PB/Bollard dated 11.07.2021.
    4Supply of Towing “U” Bolt: The material should be SS 316 grade. The stud to be supplied with double lock nuts & washer plates.The threaded length should be around 90mm and overall length should be 160mm. Dia of the bolt should be 15.5 to 16mm. Distance between studs should be aprox 60mm centre to centre as per detail mentioned in TA No. 15/GES/IA/12PB/Bollard dated 11.07.2021.
    5Supply of HDLJ:Hazardous Duty Life Jackets should be SOLAS approved as per detail mentioned in TA No.15/GES/IA/12PB/Bollard dated 11.07.2021.
