Distempering two coat over previously painted surface with oil bound distember of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an evan shade over and approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthectic materials and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing two coat work in small areas over previously painted surface on wood work or iron work (upto one Sqm) of approvedsuperior quality readymixed paint orvarnishincluding its sand papering, rubbing, cleaning and allmaterials , labour,Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
