| 11 | Notes for BOQ Srl item No 1 to 10 :-(a) The rate quoted for items of Manning and Operation shall not be less than minimum fare wages as notified by Govt of India / State Govt whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, ESIC, LWC and GST under respective headings / sub items.In case the rates quoted are less than previling rates / instruction under any headings / sub items, the bid will be treated as non bonafied / invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be consider for acceptance.In such case the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid / bonafidde bids only.(b) Employees will be trained and well acquainted with operation and maintenance of pump sets. |
| 12 | Notes for BOQ Srl item No 1 to 10 :-(c) Comprehensive maintenance of sluice valves, Non return valves and replacement of rubber gaskets, leathers, to attend break down of pumping pipe lines, day to day complaints completely in the shifts all as specified and as directed. (d) The rate considered is deemed to include the consumables required for operation and normal maintenance of Pump Sets and all types of valves, cotton waste, grease, gland rope, fuse wire, insulation rape etc.(e) The rate considered is deemed to be includedthe cost towards uniform for the staff employed for wearing during working hours. The uniform shall be Pant and shirt and the colour and pattern shall be decided by the GE.(f) The rate considered is deemed to be inclusive of the documents such as Log Book, Running & Maintenance Record Book, Attendance register, Misc Items etc.(g)General cleanliness and upkeeping existing plants and vegetation within the premises of the plant by deploying additional manpower with T&P if required at any time and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(h) For the purpose of payment of minimum fair wages, FGM / Electrician shall be considered as skilled worker.(j) Contractor shall made payment through authorised bank and photocopy of receipt of payment from the employer as per the format as directed by the GE shall be attached with RAR/FB. |
| 13 | Notes for BOQ Srl item No 1 to 10 (k) Contractor shall also submit proof of contributions made towards EPF & ESIC for the employees engaged at the time of claiming RAR/FB.(l) Duty roster will be submitted by the contractor before commencement of the month for obtaining the approval of JE and Engineer-in-charge. Any change the duty roster will be made by the contractor, only after approval of Engineer-in-charge.(m) Contractor shall monitor the duties of all FGMs/Electricians and submit report to concerned Engr-in-Charge/ JE E/M regarding availability of manpower and also monitor for watch and guard of installation. Any loss of damage to the plant equipment installed and Govt. property in the installation premises shall be made good by the contractor. Rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to include for this clause.(n) Contractor should arrange proper uniform with name plate displayed in shirt for the mechanics and its cost shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.(o) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/ State Govt/ Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Taxes etc and rate of GST as applicable on the last due date of bid submission. (p) \"NIL\" or \"Zero\" Quoting against OH & Profit shall be render the bids as \"Non-bonafide\"(q) Contractor is required to quote upto two digit after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. |
