| 1 | Levelling with the objective of creating L-section along the desired route taking levels / bearings with the help of high precise DGPS/GPS instrument at a spacing of 300m or less keeping variation in levels within 1.0m including taking levels of Bench Marks, detailing of all existing important physical features (road crossing, culvert, nallah, power line, Bench Marks, GLRs, water tanks, other government structures, headworks, trees etc.) 10.0m on either side of the route. Submission of 3 sets of colour prints of digitized drawings of L-section and plan on a vertical scale of 1cm = 1m and horizontal scale of 1cm = 100m by computer plotter and on reproducible medium like CD /floppy , after approval of the draft print, with original field books filled in ink duly, on A1, A2 or A3 size sheets as required by department with standard title block as approved, complete in all respects as per instruction of Engineer in charge and departmental specifications including man, material, equipments, vehicle etc. |

| 3 | Survey with high precise DGPS/ETS instrument for preparing contour plan by taking levels at the spacing of 25 meter or less in two mutual perpendicular directions keeping variation in levels with in one meter includingtaking levels of bench mark,locating all existing main physical features(road crossing,culvert,nallah,Power line,Bench mark,Trees ,railway lines etc.) levelling with respect to permanent bench mark of survey of India or such other bench mark closing at the end of each daysubmission of six sets of color printed digitized drawings printed by computer plotter and on reproducible medium like CD/floppy,after approval of draft print,with field books duly signed,grid plans showing contours on not more than im interval on a scale of 1cm=10m on A1 size sheet(549mmx841mm) or desired by EIC with standered title block aproved.Contours should be generated with computer software.Complete in all respect as per instruction of engineer in charge and departmental specification including men,material,equipment,vehicles etc. |
| 4 | Survey of the premises / area with high precise instruments DGPS/ETS with a view of preparing “Index Plan”indicating surface features like roads, government buildings, tanks, pipe lines, transformers, or any other water supply structures.(GLR, PSPs, Pumping Stations etc.), physical boundary of the area, levels of the important points with respect to some permanent Bench Mark as per direction of Engineer in charge.Submission of 6 sets of color prints of digitized drawings ofplan on a scale so as to fit on A2 size sheets as required by department with standard title block as approved, complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer in charge and departmental specifications including man, material, equipments, vehicle etc. |
| 5 | Preparation and drawing of L section and plan of defined sectionon A-3/A-4 size sheet marking of HGL pipe diameterinvert level depth of cutting and specials etc. complete including detailing of existing main etc 1.00 m on either side of route through computer in Auto CAD software with proper layer specification, legend key plan etc. and space of minimum 6 rows below "L" section and standard title block complete in all respect based on the data collected as per the direction of engineer in charge including providing one draft copy and incorporation ofthe suggetions /obervation given on draft copy. The out put of final drawing shall be accepted in digitized form in floppy/ CD/ magnetic medium including one set colour print on good quality white paper sheet , L section and plans on a vertical scale of 1 cm = 2 m and horizontal scale 1 cm =100 m. |
| 6 | Design of various rising mains based on techno-economical consideration and giving output on hard and soft copy. |
