At the bottom there shall be CC pad of brick ballast of size 5x5’x3” thick in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, sand and brick ballast]. The first class brick wall work shall be 9” thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand]. The hollow portion among the wall shall be filled up with the brick ballast. On the top of the wall of plint there shall be RCC work in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, Sand and grit stone] by using 12 mm dai MS bar at distance of 9’’. There shall be plastering all over the plinth 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand] above the ground level.
