AUTOMATIC CONTROLS AND SAFETY INTERLOCKS - SURVEY AUXILLIARY BOILER (PORT & STBD) - 02 nos: The following alarms audio/visual safety cut/outs and interlocks to check for proper functioning and adjust wherever required. Contractor has to execute the following SoW, finally satisfactory operation of Boilers with all safety alarms to be shown to HSL, SS & Surveyors.

INCINERATOR : MAKE : HAMWORTHY MARINE / MODEL - HAMWORTHY RETROFIT: INCINERATOR HAS TO BE CHECKED FOR PROPER FUNCTIONING. THE FOLLOWING SAFETY TRIPS AND ALARMS TO BE CHECKED AND LOOP CALIBRATED ALONG WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE SENSOR / CUTOUT ALONG WITH CABLE CIRCUIT AND CONTROL CIRCUIT AND REPAIRS TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR ANY FALSE / FAULT ALARMS ALONG WITH INDICATIONS. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE REPAIRS, SATISFACTORY OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM TO BE PROVED AND NECESSARY TRIALS TO BE SHOWN TO HSL/SHIP STAFF AND ATTENDING SURVEYORS.
