Providing of 200mm dia 5 mtr approx. M.S pipe . The job includes shifting of new 200 mm dia MS pipe from the workshop to LIS Badyalachak by using mechanical transport and manual labour. Providing and welding of 4 nos. flanges of 200 mm internal diameter at the required positions. Then Laying and fitting of MS suction pipeline at Lift Irrigation Scheme Badyalachak in place of the worn out MS suction pipeline . Fastening of suction pipeline with nuts,bolts and rubber gaskets between the flanges. The job further involves filling of the trench by using the concrete mix Testing and commissioning of the suction pipeline . Further dismantling the pump top cover from its installed position & shifting of the pump shaft assembly by manual / mechanical means to workshop. Complete dismantling of the pump assembly.Providing / fitting of two nos. bushes and two no. bearings as per sample to the pump. Repair to bearing brackets as per requirement.
