( B ) Repair / Replace Bus Bars Insulators If Necessary . ( C ) Clean And Decarbonize The Bus Bars . , Fire Detection Alarm System , Carry Out Serviceability Checks Of All Units And Overall Checks Up Of System Including Acos Pcbs , Manual Call Points , Detectors & Hooters ( Where Applicable ) Project Specific Defect To Dockyard And Undertake Repair Replacement Of Defective Part . , Navigational Lights , Overhaul Navigational Lights Control Panels Check All The Switches And Replace Defective Switches , Check The Supply Cables Of Signaling Projectors If Perished Renew / Rewire , Check Bell Circuits And Check All The Lights For Correct Brilliancy , Portable Submaisible Pumps ( 40Tph ) , The Lubrication Of Mechanical Seal Should Be Checked . The Lubricant Might Get Contaminated With Foreign Material Or Get Blackened Due To Overheating In Such Cases . Oil Chamber Should Be Flushed And Filled With Fresh Oil Before Filling . Heat The Oil To 140 Degree C And Cool It To 60 Degree C For Removal Of Moister In Oil . , Cooking Range Hot Plate , Overhaul Equipment Completely And Do As Mentioned Below ( A ) Change The Element If Defective ( B ) Renew The Internal Wiring If Perished ( C ) Check The Rotary Switches Changes With New One If ( D ) Calibrate Temperature Sensors And Temperature Gauge If Fitted ( E ) Check Temperature Cut Out Of Water Heater For Satisfactory Operation And Adjust As Required
