All Materials & Consumables Like Ss Brake Pins , Plain Bearings , Thrust Bearings ( Skf ) , Roller Bearings ( Skf ) , Required Electrodes , Ferrodo Brake Liners , Grease , Grease Nipples , Oil Level Indicator , Split Pins , Copper Rivets , All Fasteners , Brass Shims , Bearing Covers , Circlips , Seals , Joints , O-Rings , Spacers , Paints Etc . , Are To Be Procured , Supplied And Fitted By Contractor Only . All Foundation Fit Bolts To Be Renewed . All Tapping/Reaming , Machining , Welding Works Are Covered In Contractors Scope . All Consumables Like Fit Bolts , Double Nuts , Washers Etc . , Are To Procured , Supplied And Fitted By Contractor Only . , Gear Box Oil To Drain , Clean And Inspect All The Gears . 1	1	Forward windlass cum mooring winche. Make-Rauma winches (Cable Lifter15 tons at 4.5m/min; Brake holding Line 112 tons). The firm is to execute the complete below mentioned SoW and as per conditions mentioned in Annexure-A and finally Satisfactoy Operational trials to be shown to SS, Class & HSL.
2	1.01	Servicing / O/H Works on Windlass and Mooring Winches (Fwd & Aft): The following Windlass and Mooring winches are to be removed from position and shifted to workshop, dismantled all parts, cleaned, Overhauled, measured clearances and backlash, box up with new spares, assembled all parts, alignment to be carried out, Satisfactory operation to be shown to surveyor, SS & HSL. All Materials & Consumables like SS Brake pins, plain bearings, thrust bearings(SKF), Roller bearings(SKF), required electrodes, ferrodo brake liners, grease, grease nipples, oil level indicator, split pins, copper rivets, all fasteners, brass shims, bearing covers, circlips, seals, joints, O-rings, spacers, paints etc., are to be procured, supplied and fitted by Contractor only. All machining works, welding/brazing works, grinding works, metal built up works are covered in Contractor's scope.
3	1.02	Both port and stbd windlass (02 nos) cum mooring winches (02nos) and AFT mooring winches (02 nos) are to be removed from position, shifted to workshop, dismantled, Overhauled and offer for survey to both class and MMD. After the repairs same to be fitted back, Alignment to be carried out in between windlass and mooring winche with reference to new foundation and satisfactory trials to be shown to SS, Surveyor & HSL. All foundation fit bolts to be renewed. All tapping/reaming, machining, welding works are covered in Contractor's Scope. All Consumables like fit bolts, double nuts, washers etc., are to procured, supplied and fitted by Contractor only.		6	NOS
4	1.03	Gear box oil to drain, clean and inspect all the gears. Gear backlash to be taken and recorded. Gear box shaft seals to be renewed,. After inspection/repairs, fresh oil to be taken in gear box . (Oil - Ship supply). Gear shaft Housing to be checked for cracks and damage and defects to rectify. Procurement and fitment of Shaft seals, consumables are covered in Contractor's Scope. All built ups and grinding/machining works are included in Contractor scope.		2	NOS
5	1.04	BRAKE UNITS: Brake unit to be removed from position, Brake pins to check and worn out pins to be manufactured and renew (12 nos). Plain bearings for brake assembly to renew (14 nos),Thrust ball bearing for brake screw to renew (02 nos), Brake bands with ferredo brake liners to be renewed, brake drum metal built up to be carried out and grinding/machining to be done to actual size, Brake rendering test and Brake holding test to be carried out and test certificate to be issued from a competent person. After all repairs, Brake operation to be shown. Brake lining sizes for windlass 2500mmx 150 mmx 14 mm with brass counter sunk m8 screws to be renewed. Brake lining sizes for mooring winch 2500mmx120mmx12mm thick with brass counter sunk m 8 screws to be renewed. Brake linings & countersunk screws, brass bushes to be renewed. SS pins, grease nipples, brass bushes, plain bearings, Thrust ball bearing, brake bands, operating lever with wheel are to be procured, supplied & fitted by Contractor only.		6	SETS
6	1.05	Main Gear shaft Roller bearings to renew. Bearings to be tight fit in the Housing. Main shaft to be buildup pitting areas, machined to actual size, fitted in position. Bearings are procure, supply and fitment by Contractor only.		2	NOS
7	1.06	Claw clutch to be checked for proper clearance. Worn out faces to be built up and machined. Clutch alignment and lever mechanisam operation to be carried out. satisfactory trial to be shown to ship staff & SS.		4	NOS
8	1.07	Stbd windlass anchor gear engaging Claw clutch found worn out and cracked, full claw clutch assembly to renew (claw clutch - ship supply )		1	NO
9	1.08	Forward mooring winches (port & stbd) rope drum (barrel) bearing supporting plates are thinned down very badly. same to be cropped and renewed. For the same the drum and bearing to be dismantled, seals to be renewed. plate(02 side tapper) plate: bottom: 1000 mm, height : 800 mm, top : 300 mm, plate thickness: 18mm, tested plate to be used. Seals, bearing end cover bolts, consumables, metal buildup works, Grinding/Machining works are included in Contractor scope. Winches satisfactory trials to be shown.		2	NOS
10	1.09	Port & stbd. windlass Gypsy (02 nos) and Rollers (02nos) to be build up pitting areas, grinding/machining to actual size and Alinged with anchor chain, freed gypsy and rollers and all grease points to be cleared and new grease nipples to be fitted. total no.of grease nipples =30 ( p&s windlass). Any recommendation by class MMD surveyor to be considered and repaired. Zypsy guard to be repaired. Grease nipples, consumables, metal buildup works, Grinding/Machining works are covered in Contractor's scope.\n		2	SETS
11	1.1	Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1 to 1.09 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.10) against third party/OEM invoice.		1	LS
