All Required Materials Like Chemical , Purging Cocks , Fasteners , Joints , O-Rings , Paints , Consumables Are Covered In Contractors Scope . All Machining Works , Brazing Works , Metal Build Ups Are Included In Contractors Scope . , Servicing / Repair Works On Ht Coolers ( Plate Type Heat Exchanger ) , Servicing / Repair Works On Lt Coolers ( Plate Type Heat Exchanger ) , Stbd Me Air Cooler: The Existing Air Cooler To Remove From Place And New One From Ships Spare To Fix . , Servicing / Repair Works On Me Air Cooler , Servicing Works On Fwd Heavy Oil Purifier Heater , Me L . O Purifier To Be Removed From Place And New One ( T - 605 ) To Be Installed With Required Foundation Modificationas . Satisfactory Operation Of New Lo Purifier To Be Shown To Ship Staff . New Purifier - Ship Supply . , Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For Executing Of The Above Mentioned Jobs , Contractor Has To Procure , Supply All Items And Fitted In Its Place . Contractor Has To Quote Lumpsum Cost For Required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material Mentioned At S . Nos . 1 To 1 . 06 For Above Scope Of Work . The Taxes Will Be Paid As Per Actuals . The Cost Of Spares Quoted By The Contractor Will Be Considered On Not Exceeding Basis Of Total Lumpsum Cost Mentioned In The Boq For This Line Item For Satisfactory Completion Of The Specified Sow .
