Leakage Tubes To Be Repaired . Job Involves Removal & Refit Of Inlet And Out Let Pipe Lines And Valves , Sv Mounts , Boxuped All Parts , Installed In Postion , Satisfactory Trials To Be Shown To Ship Staff And Hsl . All Materials And Consumables Like Chemical With Tray , Copper Plugs , O-Rings , Joints , Drain/Purging Cocks ( Ss ) , Pressure Gauges And Copper Lines With Cocks , Temperature Gauges , Ss Fasteners Are To Be Procured , Supplied And Fitted In Its Positions . All Welding Works , Brazing Works , Machining And Grinding Works Are Covered In Contractors Scope . Chemical Cleaning Trays Material And Fabrication Of Trays Are Included In Contractors Scope . , Kn 17 Z - For Bunk Class , Kn 15 Z - For Bunk Class , Kn 11 Z - For Bunk Class , Kn 12 Z - For Carbines Cove , Kn 8 Z - For Carbines Cove , Kn 7 Z - For Officers Dining Saloon . , Kn 6 , Kn 13 , Kn 9 , Kn 14 , Kn 10 , Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For Executing Of The Above Mentioned Jobs , Contractor Has To Procure , Supply All Items And Fitted In Its Place . Contractor Has To Quote Lumpsum Cost For Required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material Mentioned At S . Nos . 1 To 1 . 11 For Above Scope Of Work . The Taxes Will Be Paid As Per Actuals . The Cost Of Spares Quoted By The Contractor Will Be Considered On Not Exceeding Basis Of Total Lumpsum Cost Mentioned In The Boq For This Line Item For Satisfactory Completion Of The Specified Sow . Payment Will Be Made At Actuals On Not Exceeding Quoted Cost Of This Serial ( 1 . 12 ) Against Third Party/Oem Invoice .

The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW.
