| 1 | LH Brooms Specifications:- Supply of Brooms made out of Bamboo stick of minimum length 80 cm in 1 kg average weight with packing bounded with 5 rounds of sutli and bundle packed of 25 brooms. Bamboo sticks shall be seasoned bamboo free from ghun, infection, decay, charring or any other defects which is likely to affect its life as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. In case Brooms catch ghuns during storage period it is the responsibility of contractor to replace the brooms. |
| 2 | TAT COVER PALLI SPECIFICATIONS:- Supply of Tat Cover Palli made of Jute Canvas one Square yard of Jute Canvas should weight 340 grams. a) Tolerance shortage in weight upto 5% is acceptable with a recovery of proportionate cost no. extra payment will be made for excess weight. b) Size 18’x11’ ready after sticking. c) It should be provided with 27 nos. metallic rings whose outer dia shall be 20.00 mm and inner dia 10.00 mm on border attached with 18 nos. strings of cotton rope of 6.00 mm dia. It should be stitched with cotton thread on joints and should be properly lamed with cotton thread on width side borders. d) The following shall be stenciled on each Palli :- i) EDMC property ii) Not for sale. iii) Date of issue |
