Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 300 mmfabricatedwall mounted electric panel cubical type fabricated with minimum 1.6 mm thick MS CRCA steel sheetwith intermediate membes of same material and guage as required. The box should be supported bylegs upto 300 mm long and frame made by 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick MS angle iron as the base and individual leaf hinged door with,, water drip proofing arrangement at the top, air ventilation grooves at sides dust and vermin proof design, earthing studs, 200 Amp 4 Nos. aluminium strip bus bar , Suitable capacity 3-Phase Indicators -03 Nos, Selector switch, Ammeter and voltmeter.- 1 Set, 3 nos 200 Amp & 3 nos 100 Amp TPN end termination with brass studs bakelite/epoxy resin base having base connector insulation & connected with single core insulated copper cable , 160 Amps TPN switch disconnector fuse unit with HRC fuses, 03 Nos 63 amps TPN switch disconnector fuse unit with DIN type HRC fuses, 163Ampfour pole onload change over switch ,04 Nos. 63 Amps DP C curve MCB/Isolator output inculding connection with suitable single core copper conductor cable, duly painted with power coated paint etc. as required. (CPRI approved)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation andre-filling as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthingas required.

Dismentling of existing connected PVC XLPE cable fromGI pipe/recess orsurface /clampes & electeical switchgears, fittingsincluding disconnection the supply from LT paneland same connect /inter-connect in feeder pillars as directed by engineer in chargeetc. complete as required.
