A robotic camera to be used for inspection and for cleaning. contractor has to use provided access i.e grill & duct opening for present and future cleaning requirement and checking the sealing of the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage. The contractor shall give copy of the video footage in CD before and after cleaning of ducts. Upon completion a cleaning certificate will be issued within 10-15 days, valid for 12 months.
