| 5 | 5 | Supply and Configuration of the Web based Software per meter with following modules complete all as specified and directed:-\n(i) Meter Data Management Module\nThe meter data management module shall be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The meter data management system shall capture and provide the following data:\n(a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency\n(b) Monthly billing survey data for consumed energy and maximum demand\n(ii) Billing Module : The billing module shall collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. The system shall be setup as postpaid billing system. It shall allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required.\n(iii) Occupation and Vacation Module : The system shall support occupation / vacation and billing reports.\nThe software shall be collecting data from DCU. The software would provide access to staff as well as the occupant for the data.\n(iv) Web site: There shall be a dedicated website for the AGE and BSO team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES shall have the admin access to the application. The MES staff shall also have the access to the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use).\n(v) Customer Portal : The system shall include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. | 9 | 8 | PHASE II\nComprehensive maintenance of all the meters installed under the items 1,2,4 & DCU under item 3 including operating costs (during 1st and 2nd year after certified date of completion of Phase-I works i.e. duirng defect liability period). This would include the following items:\n(a) Monthly sim charges for the DCU : The contractor ensure supply of appropriate SIMs to ensure necessary single availability. The contractor would change the sim or sim provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor shall liaise with the telecom service providers for necessary resolution.\n(b) Recurring SMS charges : The SMS shall be issued for the payments alerts, low balance alerts and disconnection / connection alerts.\n(c) Software AMC : This would include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes , iOS version changes.
