    Name of Work: Improvement & Mechnization System in Horticulture Department 2020-21. SH : Supply of S.S. Water Trolleys (Capacity 6.5 KL) with sprayer pump at PQN.

    1 Supplying of water trolley with stainless steel tank (capacity 6.5KL) made of stainless steel 4mm thick sheet (Grade 304) & 5mm thick sheet at front and rear sides of trolley, suitably mounted on chassis of MS frame shall be fabricated with M.S. Channel of size 150 X 75 X 6mm in the entire length of the tank. SS Tank shall rest on 04 Nos. S.S Chennal of Size 100 X 50 X 5mm in semi circular shape, four tyres of size 7.50 X 16 (Ceat/Apollo/MRF/J.K) with towing arrangement. The tank of the trolley to be provided with S.S covered manholes, baffle plates, SS ladder, 15'' wide walkway both ways, base foundation chassis, mud guards, tension springs to bear the load of 9ton capacity (KAMANIES), axle of size 90 X 90 mm, hubs (suitable size), tyres, tubes, draw bar, turn table, water spray pump with petrol engine ASPEE model PS-40 (Capacity-22 LPM) or equivalant make approved by Engineer-in-charge, delivery pipes the M.S Frame foundation shall be painted with black color after two coats of red oxide primer and NDMC logo on back side and Name of Department on both side of the trolly etc. complete as per specifications and entire satisfaction of Dy.Director(Hort.). (Rate including G.S.T.) 4 Each
