PAINTING OF TRANSFORMER from 7500 kVA to & including 32000KVA Cleaning of surface, removing of rust and foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, wire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of enamel paint by spray painting on transformers and its accessories with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint of make ASIAN PAINTS / BERGER / Jhonson of DA gray paint shade no.631. The paint shall be suitable for temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. The job complete with labour and materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

#he job is one to one supply and replacement of faulty OTI of power and distribution transformers. So, Vendor has to visit the site after site handover to note specification of the existing OTI including dial size, accuracy class, sensing bulb diameter, sensing bulb height, capillary length, WTI CT specification and other details as directed by EIC to ensure one to one replacement. #The job includes removal of the existing OTI and installation of the new one with no extra cost implication. All tools and tackles, necessary manpower required for the job, consumables like fixing nuts, bolts etc. will be in scope of the Vendor. #Vendor has to provide valid calibration certificate for each OTI and also arrange for hot oil bath at site to check the instruments before installation. #All alarm and tripping contacts should be reed type/ micro switch type instead of mercury switches. #OTI will be of 02 contacts for natural cooling and 04 contacts for forced cooling transformers. ,,
