    E Auction For Flood Hit Equipments , during the survey of different departments of smhs and ld hospitals , as mentioned in the survey report submitted for flood hit biomedical equipments of smhs and ld hospitals of gmc srinagar , the equipments are totally damaged due to the floods in 2014 and had turned in debris and scrap . the maximum flood hit equipments are lying in sheds and other equipments are lying open sky in the yard of smhs and ld hospitals at gmc srinagar . ( including radiology department of smhs hospital ) . note :- firm has to quote the bid amount in addition to the amount fixed for whole scrap lying at respective places and contract will be awarded to highest bidder . e . g :- initial bid ( as given ) + call bid = will be consider as total bid amount .
