Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of on site PSA medical oxygen generation plant along with Booster Refilling system (compressor based) with Standard accessories including automated system (ISO 13485) Microprocessor based (PLC with HMI screen) fully automatic oxygen generation plant as per ISO 10083:2006 standard to produce 30 NM3/Hr oxygen with oxygen purity of 93 ± 3%. Continuous oxygen supply through a single unit at pressure of 5 bar. The plant should comprise following items:Rotary Screw Air Compressor, Refrigeration Air Dryer, Activated Alumina, Pneumatic valves & Solenoid valves, Control Panel Switch Gear, Molecular Sieves, Oxygen tank filters (Pre, after and bacteria filters),Oxygen Flow Meter, Oxygen Analyzer Sensor, Stainless Steel System Piping, Oxygen Receiver Tank (2000 Ltr capacity),with switchover panel for standby Oxygen supply (for Backup cylinders). @ Vasahat Hospital, Gandhinagar, Tal- Karveer, Dist – Kolhapur, Maharashtra state.Booster Oxygen refilling station with manifold of 30 m³/hr. capacity with Standard accessories.specifications -Oxygen Booster - : oxygen cylinder filling compressor 1) Inlet pressure - 4 to 5 bar 2) Outlet pressure (working pressure) - 150 bar 3) Motor Power - 11 kW. 4) Voltage - 400 V / 50 Hz / 3 Ph. 5) Cooling method - Air cooled.
