Repair And Maint Of Electrical Equipment Of Various Location Of 5 Assam Rifles 1 Taking Down Ceiling Fan From Any Position Dismantling The Blades, Cutting Damaged Winding And Taking The Fans To Contractor Wksp For Rewinding Of Ceiling Fan Motor Single Phase 220 / 230 Volts 50 C / S 1200 Mm Sweep Of Any Type With Suitable Size Super Enameled Copper Winding Wire With Allied Winding Material Varnishing With Air Dry Insulation Carrying Complete Servicing Of Fan By Cleaning Greasing The Bearing, Oiling Of Moving Parts, Washer Packing Including Replacement Of Split Pin, Twin Flexible Copper Wire Of Size 0.5 Sqmm Length Upto 1 Mtr Length, Reassembling And Testing On Load And Fixing In Existing Position, Complete All As Directed. I ) Unserviceable Parts / Components Require For Replacement Shall Be Paid Under Separate Item As “Supplied Only” .Note ( I ) The Rates For Above Items Are Deemed To Include For Transportation To & Fro Of Fan / Eaxhaust Fan To Workshop As Approved By Engineer-In-Charge For Necessary Repairs And Testing Of Fan At Workshop 2 All As Per Sl Item No.1 Herein Before But For Exhaust Fans 300Mm Sweep. 3 Supply Only Ball Bearing Of Suitable Size For 1200Mm Sweep Ceiling Fan 4 Supply Only Ball Bearing Suitable For Exhaust Fan Of 300 Mm Sweep. 5 Supply Only Condenser 2.5 / 3.15 Mfd. 6 Supply Only Condenser 4 Mfd. 7 Disconnecting And Taking Out The Defective / Non-Functional Desert Cooler Of Any Description And In Any Position, Strip Opening Of Desert Cooler, Cleaning, Servicing, Oiling & Greasing Etc Of Desert Cooler, Taking Out And Removing Unserviceable / Defective Parts And Internal Wiring, Replacement Of Unserviceable & Damaged Parts And Internal Wiring, Re-Assembling & Testing Of The Desert Cooler All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge 8 Supply Only Pvc Distributor 3 Way, Suitable For 15Mm Dia Water Distribution All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 9 Supply Only New 3 Core Pvc Insulated Copper Cable Size 1.5 Sq Mm Round 1100 Volt Grade As In Connection To Desert Coolers All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 10 Supply Only Gun Metal Bushes For Fan Motor Of Desert Cooler All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 11 Supply Only Submersible Pump For Desert Cooler 1.5 Mtr Head. 12 Providing New Wood Wool Pads Of Required Size As Approved ( Three In Each On Desert Cooler ) Complete Material And Labour All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 13 Repair Maint And Rewinding Of 1.5 Hp Submersible Pump, Single Phase
