| 1 | Providing and laying micro-surfacing type-III 6-8mm (six to eight millimetre) thick layer comprising of crushed aggregate of specific size conforming to Type-III grading @14 Kg per Sqm (Forteen Kilogram per square metre) of road surface coverage , Modified Cationic Bitumen Emulsion @1.82 Kg/Sqm (One decimal eight two kilogram), Portland cement as a Mineral filler @ 2% (at the rate of two percent) of by weight of crushed aggregate , Break Control Additives @ 2% (at the rate of two percent) of by wight of crushed aggregate and Purified Water with PH 6-7 10% (Ten percent) by weight of crushed aggregate using speclized microspacing paver and other material, machinary etc. microsurfacing paver should be equalent to Tashi Minimac, which should be having width of min 1.5 m (One decimal five metre) to maximum 2.00 m (Two metre) spreader box and on six wheel tyre chassis to have smooth traffic movement as per table 3 of IRC : SP:81-2008 and provision 512-514 of MoRTH specifications 5th revision including entire carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of tranportation in all leads, lifts and all incedental charges by machinical mean and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. Conditions:- 1. The work shall be carried out as per MoRTH Specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. All necessary recoveries as admissble will be made from bill of the contractor. 3. All the road safety measures shall be taken during the execution at site by the agency at his own cost. 4. The agency should have his own microsurfacing machine of make BREINGING/ VSS or equivalent for which they has to submit documentary proof alongwith bid or the bidder should have tie up with the agency having sufficient work experience. The document in this regard is to be enclosed. 5.The water shall be arranged by contractor. 6. The contract shall have provisions of one year Defect Liability Period (DLP) after completion of work and 50% security shall be released after completion of Defect Liability Period . | 30000 | Per Square metre |
