After that it should painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:5 (Cement) : - \n(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite.\n(ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika.\n(iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC.\n(d) Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface. The above PSMB shall be prepared by Engineer having minimum qualification diploma in Civil Engineering from approved Technical Institute alongwith minimum work experience of three years. Details of qualification and experience shall be verified and kept on record by Engineer-in-Charge.\n2. PSMB shall be submitted by the contractor before submission of 1st RAR of above work complete in all respect duly signed and audited.\n3. The contractor shall be paid for Square meter of periodical items worked out in PSMB as per plinth area of particular bldg. \n4.
