Item Includes , Providing Detailed Layout Drawings Of Existing Levels , Proposed Finished Driveway Levels ( Fdl ) In Discussion With Iocl Officers , Transfer Of Reference Permanent Bench Mark ( Pbm ) At Rail Top Level At Sekerkote Railway Station To Site , Installation Of Temporary Bench Mark ( Tbm ) , Boundaries Of The Plot , Contours , Major References ( Govt . Building / Public Building / Culvert / Ht Lines / Chimneys ) Within 300 M , Nearest Road Intersection , Front Road , Etc . Complete . The Grid For Levels Should Be Spaced At 3 M On Both The Directions And Area Covered Includes Minimum 50 M Wide Strip Beyond Plot Boundaries & Up To Front Road .
