( Iii ) Seismic Zone-V ( Iv ) Basic Wind Speed: 47 M / S ( V ) Floor Loads Shall Be As Per Codal Provisions For The Type Of Bldg . ( Vi ) All Structural Analysis & Design Shall Be Carried Out Using Software Staad Pro With Sound Engineering Practice & As Per All Relevant Is Codes . The Format Of The Strucutral Drawings Shall Be Similar To That Being Followed In The Design Section Of Hq Ce Jz Jodhpur ( Vii ) Structural Design Drawings Shall Be Got Vetted From Any Of Iits / Nits . ( Viii ) One Set Of Strutural Drawing In Hard & Soft Copy Alongwith Design Calculation In Hard & Soft Copy Shall Be Submitted By The Firm For Approval By Dir ( Design ) After Approval , Submit The Final Structural Drawings In A1 Size On Gateway Tracing Paper ( 95 / 100Gsm ) , One Set In Soft Copy , Ten Sets In Hard Copies , Design Calculation In Soft Copy And Hard Copy . Note: 1 . 10% Of The Payment Will Be Retained And Released After Physical Completion Of Main Job On Account Of Site Visit During Execution Of Main Contract And Clarifications On Structural Drgs . 2	1.01	Design shall be for the following parameters:-\n(i) Grade of Concrete- M-30\n(ii) Grade of steel FE-500D TMT bars conf to IS-1786 (latest version) having minimum 18% elongation.\n(iii) Seismic Zone-V\n(iv) Basic wind speed: 47 m/s\n(v) Floor loads shall be as per codal provisions for the type of bldg.\n(vi) All structural analysis & design shall be carried out using software STAAD Pro with sound engineering practice & as per all relevant IS Codes. The format of the strucutral drawings shall be similar to that being followed in the design section of HQ CE JZ Jodhpur\n(vii) Structural design drawings shall be got vetted from any of IITs/NITs.\n(viii) One set of Strutural drawing in hard & soft copy alongwith design calculation in hard & soft copy shall be submitted by the firm for approval by Dir (Design)\nAfter approval, submit the final structural drawings in A1 Size on Gateway tracing paper (95/100GSM), one set in soft copy, ten sets in hard copies, design calculation in soft copy and hard copy.\nNote: 1. 10% of the payment will be retained and released after physical completion of main job on account of site visit during execution of main contract and clarifications on structural drgs.\nTotal Area: 2230 Sq Mtr (Approx)
