    Name of Work: Repairing of 90 HP vertical turbine pump set at IP pumping station under Central Zone.

    1Repairing of verical turbine pump set90 HP having delivery 14" size, double stage typeby carrying out following works (Old material to be retained by firm).
    2Repairing of storm water vertical turbine pump i/c dismantling of pump set from base frame by cutting of nut bolts , removing the electrical connection of motor and lifting the motorand pump from base frame by using eithertripod arrangement or H.O.T. crane i/c loading/unloading by skilled labour, and shifting the same at local workshop along with replacement of its parts/accessories as required i/c oiling, greasing,and minor repair etc all as required at site.
    3Replacement of intermediate shaft M.O.C. as per orignal shape and size.
    4Replacement of impeller shaft M.O.C. as per orignal shape and size.
    5Repairing ofbronze impeller by remettling / testing and commissioning complete
    6Replacement of rubber bearing bush
    7Replacement of nut /bolt
    8Repairing of bowl assembly by alignment of both end of bowl including supply and fixing gun metalbush, rubber packing and guide bush etc complete all as required at site
    9Assembling of complete VT pumpset by fixing all the parts to their existing position complete all as required at site.
    10Testing and commissioning of complete VT pump alongwith motor on full load all as required at site.
    11Repalcement of Rachet coupling Upper as per orignal shape and size.
    12Repairing M.S. Colum pipe by replacement of its spider .
    13Replacement ofratchet machinism M.O.C. as per orignal shape and size etc.
