| 2 | 1.1 | (a) Removing unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe, S & F new commercial ply wood of size 1980 x 900mmx 12mm thick BWR grade in one piece(an approved product of BIS having ISI certification mark IS-303) with 10 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6mm dia 75mm long and nut with galvanised steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes,tighting the complete charpoy i.e loose check nuts, elbows, long rail and short rails & following arrangements complete all as specified and shown on drawing.. \n(i) S & F 4 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge wall thickness of length not less than 28 Cms each welded with fillet weld all around 3 mm thick to GI pipe charpoy at cornner to support plywood all as shown on drawing. \n(ii) S & F 2 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge wall thickness of length not less than 83.6 Cms each welded with fillet weld all around 3mm thick to long rails of GI pipe charpoy at equal space to support plywood all as shown on drawing. Note :- (aa) All stee; sections except GI articles and adjoining surfaces of GI pipe which shall be degalvanised during welding of MS hollow pipe shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer. (ab) all the corners of plywood shall be rounded same as per shape of corner elbows of charpoy. (ac) The bolts for fixing of plywood shall be counter sunk type and top of bolt (head) shall be flushed with ply top & finished with suitable filling. | | 150 | Each |
