SITC of MGPS of medically grade as per BSEN-13348 with third party certification from Lloyds/TUV degreased (ie free from oil, grease and partivulate matters) seamless copper pipe confirming to ASTM B88 and all copper joining done by brazing with AWSA5.8, classification BCuP-5 or BS 1845 following procedure in accordance with ASTM B828 after purging with nitrogen. All pipe cutting shall be carried out with a radial pipecutter and copper pipe fitting's shal comply with B4 alloy designation. Adequate support shall be provided while laying pipeline testing shall be done at 17 bar and after testing pipe shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint as per colour codification as per ISO 7396-Part-1 2016.

Compact and fully automatic manifold control system for oxygen services easy to maintain and use Designed with both safety and continuity of flow supply at a constant pressure via two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status monitoring A- Bank in use (Green Indication) B- Empty bank (Red Indication) Control Panel should have built in LED display to indicate Normal, High & Low line pressure. It should have facility to test all above indicators working perfectly. The control Panel should include pressure gauge to indicate the gas pressure of each header and pipe line distribution pressure. Capable to provide a distribution flow rate in excess of 1200 LPM. SITC of Oxygen/Nitrous Oxide Manifold System (8,8)with tal pipes NRV-manifold system comprise of bank of 8+8 cylinders (Bulk cylinder of D type) capacity manifold high pressure copper pipe of size 1/2\"ID x14 swg (approx 2.0320 mm) & high pressure fitting made of high tensile strength brass be used to connect the cylinders to the header assemblies with 16 no's non return valves & 16 no's high pressure flexible tail pipe is made of copper pipe of 1/3\"x16 swg (approx. 1.6256 mm) the manifold is hydraulically tested at 225 kg/cm2 pressure it is also degreased and is to be offered duly wrapped in a polythene bag make CE Approved/CE.
