Repair, maint and making the fully functioning of crane of capacity given below, after checking long travell motion , cross travel motion , hoisting motion (electrically and mechanically) in presence of user rep and MES rep & rectify any type of defects immediately when found including servicing, greasing, oiling & carrying out routine maintenance as directed by Engineer in Charge (Note :- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items (ii) : Labour for lowering,mounting arrangement such as ladder , pully block,rope system and other connected mechanism shall be contractor arrangement and rates are deem to be included in this Job.No extra payment will be made to the contract against lowering/lifting the spare etc at a height of 20' to 40'\n (a) Servicing and Load testing of EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton - Qty 11 Each Job\n2.
