The following works are required to be carried out for the vehicle as per maintenance mannual of the vehicle:-\n\n(a) Labour for check for external clogging of intercooler, condenser and radiator, clean with compressed air and water and connected work as required.\n\n(b) Labour for cleaning of engine breather and connected work as required.\n\n(c) Labour for check cylinder valve clearance and adjust, if necessary and connected work as required.\n\n(d) M &L for check and replace red band appears on air filter service indicator and connected work as required.\n\n(e) Labour for checking all dirve belts condition & following for free rotation/damage:-\n (i) Dismantling and checking of defects of water pump and connected work as required.\n (ii) Dismantling and checking of defects of Belt Tensioner pully and connected work as required.\n (iv) Dismantling and checking of defects of Belt idler pulley and connected work as required.\n (v) Dismantling and checking of defects of Fan Pulley and connected work as required.\n (vi) Dismantling and checking of defects of AC Belt tensioner and connected work as required.\n (vii) Dismantling and checking of defects of Alternator pulley and connected work as required.\n\n(f) Labour for check & replace pipes and hoses of engine lubrication/fuel/coolant/wind shield washing system and connected work as required.\n\n(g) Labour for check proper sealing of air intake system by checking hose and pipe condition/ proper tightness of clamps. Replace defective items and connected work as required.\n\n\n
