Manufacturing, Supply and Installation of 12ft high Statue of Swami Vivekananda in Vivekananda Park, Faridabad with patina finish. The sculpture shall be made of Gun Metal (alloy of three metals) through Lost wax casting Method. The composition of Gun Metal (alloy of three metals) should be as under: tin-bronze C90300 ASTMB584) \n86~89% Cu (COPPER), 7.5~9% Sn(TIN), 3~5%Zn(Zinc) Wall Thickness of the cast Gun metal should not be less than 4-5 mm. The weight of statue shall be approximately 1000 kg.Posture of the statue should be as per approved photo . The rates includes the cost of clay model / ready model, wax casting and Gun metal cast and its fixing along with construction of pedestal at required location and all the activities described above as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate should also include the cost of Civil work for construction of 10 feet high pedestal with red sand stone cladding and coping including arrangement of Crane along with other man and machinery for lifting and erection of statue on pedestal to be provided by the Contractor\n .

The sculpture shall be made of Gun Metal (alloy of three metals) through Lost wax casting Method. The composition of Gun Metal (alloy of three metals) should be as under: tin-bronze C90300 ASTMB584) \n86~89% Cu (COPPER), 7.5~9% Sn(TIN), 3~5%Zn(Zinc).
